All initiatives are at +5

So my sample size is only the two campaigns I have going, but it seems like every character, whether friend, foe, humanoid, monster, light, heavy, or no armor, has a +5 to their initiative that shouldn’t be there. For instance, Kin has +4 Dex and had a +9 modifier. Alaric has +1 and had +6. In my other campaign it was the same thing.
