AI's behavior completely off

The AI is behaving brashly, it’s making incorrect choices for the AI party members (i.e a member attacking an already dead creature), its ‘healing word’ never actually heals until I re-roll a message and tell it to, it constantly refers to my male character as ‘she’, etc. No idea what you guys did, it was way better a few months back when I last tested this bot. Wasted money on this subscription.
