AC isn't calculated correctly (post Combat v4 Update)

Studded leather should give base AC of 12 + DEX mod. My PC has DEX of 16 with a mod of 3. Without armor it is 13 (calculated correctly). With armor it should be 15, but is incorrectly calculated as AC of 18.
